About a year ago, we had this topic in the Nursing Mothers' Association of
Australia Newsletter (members' magazine) of which I am the Editor. We
published 5 letters from NMAA Members, and in the subsequent issues of the
Newsletter, there were a couple more letters, in response to the first set.
So it seems that it is unusual but not really rare. Some were told it was
due to hormones, low oestrogen, etc.
