Can somebody explain to me how soy foods, with their high levels of plant
based estrogen, can result in women who have low circulating levels of
estrogen?? Or do the tests which measure estrogen in the blood pick up
only human estrogen and not phyto-estrogen? And if so, do the high levels
of phytoestrogen in soy depress the woman's production of human estrogen?
And if so, is this bad? And what does this mean for boy and girl babies
fed soy formula???
Re the question about pregnant mare's urine -- I don't know the answer to
that. I only have read up on growth hormone, since I teach about it.
