I just got the Special Edition of Newsweek - Health For Life, What Every
Woman Needs To Know - and have to admit that I was disapointed that the
only section on breastfeeding was titled Nursing Trouble. It is about
the 5% who can make sufficient milk. As this raised questions at our
monthly meeting - I pointed out that they chose to ignore the other 95%
of breastfeeding moms.
In the article they mention the mom in NY whose baby died and later
stated that the charges were dropped. For those closer to the situation,
is this the mom profiled on 20/20 recently? And is it true that the
charges have been dropped? I love that these shows can show the rare,
unique and horror tales, but not the normal, nice and wonderful aspects
and also seem to fail to update such an important piece of information.

so used to staying up to 2AM, that it may become my new way of living.
