Hi all,
        How many out there have written  proposals for LC position at a
hospital where there are currently no LCs?  Are there any hospital LCs who
do their own billing and work in the hospital but not for the hospital?  I
have a connection with this hospital as the local LLLL and the nurse
manager (and her boss) have continually told me they want me to work there
but I need to make up a proposal for the hospital.  I have some information
regarding proposals but I just don’t know the best way to work out the
billing since I will be a separate contractor not paid by the hospital. 
This is all new to me!   The other issues besides patient visits which  I
need to address in the proposal will be pump rental station, education of
patients and staff education.  I would appreciate information so I can make
this a successful proposal and a successful practice.
