Reading from my Vegemite jar:
Yeast extract, salt, mineral salt (508, 509), malt extract, natural colour
(150), vegetable extract, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin.
Supposedly 5g (suggested serve) provides 50% thiamine, 25% riboflavin and
25% niacin needed per day.
It is very salty, and must be spread very thinly.
Also note that 'Marmite' is different in UK and Australia. I don't have a
jar here to compare with Vegemite.
