Second question in same day:
In order of recommendation, what do YOU tell a mom who is experiencing long
term engorgement, and oversupply? This is her second baby, she
discontinued nursing her first because of constant engorgement, had to
sleep upright, she reported wearing 3 bras to try and keep herself
comfortable...
She is pumping and bottling this baby--it was her way of at least giving
this babe breastmilk because of such a horrendous experience last time.
I am looking for those little isolated "hey try this" kind of approaches as
my bag of tricks has only helped a bit.
Thanks again,
Karen, in icy central PA
