I would again like to point out the quality of the posts of the Nursing
students at Univ of North Dakota School of Nursing.  The fact that research
has been done before you post, and that I assume you have done a Medline
search as well as a Lactnet archival search shows me that you are prepared
and ready to discuss things intelligently.

My hat is off to you, and in this case, it is still a winter knitted cap,
but that's ok. You know what THAT is like in North Dakota.  ; D
