I'm in 100% agreement with Jack and Heather on the gadget issue.  But
it goes beyond HCPs using them improperly and making things worse.
Sometimes it's the moms themselves when they have access to this
stuff.  Just yesterday I had a mom in my office showing me the breast
pump she just bought and asking me how to use it.  Her baby is due in
APRIL!!  Thankfully I was able to educate her but how many are out
there willy-nilly buying this stuff and using it (yes, she was
planning to "try it out"!).  Good grief.

As for Cathy "Kirk", I must say Picard would try to talk to the alien
first!  He'd be a better LC than Kirk!  ;-)
