  while your statement is 'right on" ... the problem is the mother who wants
an "explanation" for why their babys feeding pattern has changed... our
reaction
 - go with the flow,/ mom though is panicked so we say" growth spurt - go with
the flow: now mom has an "answer" - growth spurt so she can relax and "go with
the flow"
