Hi there! I'm new to lactnet (just 24hr.s old) and have really enjoyed what
I've been reading. It's nice to know I'm not alone!!

I had a mom come to me who had just stopped nursing (Reason unknown). She
went to have a mamogram done and was told it was TOO soon after breastfeeding
and that she should come back later - they neglected to tell her how much
later. Is there a rule of thumb re: when to have a mamogram? I though they
were okay during breastfeeding? How would she find a radiologist who is
familiar with the difference between lactating breasts and non? The other
question she raised was that her libido is completely gone ever since she
started nursing and now is wondering why it has not come back since she has
stopped. Any suggestions?
