I asked my science librarian (also my dh) to get the article mentioned
below. His response follows.

Guess What! There are two journals called "Contemporary Pediatrics", an
American one started in 1984 and a Canadian one started in 1993.
The problem is that neither of these is covered in the indexes available
to me (medline, current contents, etc) so I do not have the complete
citation. You need to impress upon people who post messages to lactnet
that when they are referring to magazine or journal articles they must
give a citation. As a minimum, they need to include:
1- The name of the journal, the issue number if known.
2- The volume, date, and either the complete pagination or beginning page.
Also nice to have are:
3- Title of article
4- The first author
