I think    part of the object  of the attachment video was to see exactly
how much a baby could do for him/her self if s/he had to.  I think the
natural, instinctive reaction of a wide awake, aware mom would be to assist
the baby.   Some of the real old childbirth films showed moms reaching for
the baby on the perineum.  I think that is an instinctive (or
self-preservation)  gesture.
Reach for baby, guide it to breast, baby latches on, uterus clamps down.
Part of the wonderful design of our Creator.  Have an old book called This
Rugged Land of Gold.  I believe it is a true story.  Pg woman accidently
left at a camp, has bad accident and is injured severely.  Delivers baby
herself and many of these "instinctive" things, mom reaching, baby crawling
