If the baby is otherwise fine, I would not worry about this.  What's the
point?  If the mother wants to try breast compression to increase the time
of nursing on the first side, this may make a difference.  The information

The zits on the face can look very bad, without necessarily being anything
and without there necessarily being a connection with the smelly stools.
Zits are there to remind parents that their babies are not *perfect*.
