Can anyone tell me (just email privately if you prefer) what the bf
initiation rate is in Germany and how confident you are of the figures? Any
other stats for Germany would be great, too.

I have been asked to submit a book proposal and outline, and there woud be
a German edition, so I need the info to include in a background note to the
publisher.
