Nancy: Has this mom noticed the headaches are of a particular nature (ie.
vascular, tension, sinus, etc.)? If they are only on one side, short in
duration, vascular, and repeated throughout the day, they might be cluster
migraines. Other possibilities include that she has a sinus infection; she
is holding the baby in such a way to cause tension headaches stemming from
the scapular and clavicle region; or that there's some reaction to prolactin
(rare).
