I got a calendar for Christmas that I just took a real good look at today.
It is called "Mother is another name for Love." For Jan 6 (which I think
was the day that Jay posted her note about nursing a "last" baby. The
verse says " Know the true value of time; snatch, seize, and enjoy every
moment of it." Lord Chesterfield. And another point that I will make, in
spite of my obvivous addiction to Lactnet - don't let computer time and TV
eat away at what time you have for your children. Save it for school hours
or after they are asleep for the night or early in the am before the troops
awaken. Don't park them by the TV and devote your life to a computer.
One of the best principles I learned from LLL was to put family first,
before all else. All the things you think you need to do now will
still be around when they are grown and gone and you have oddles of "time."
The air is getting thin up here, I'm climbing down ...Sincerely, Pat in
