ILCA has asked me to write a chapter on third party reimbursement for their
upcoming marketing book. I no longer have much of the references or studies on
cost effectiveness in my files. I would very much appreciate any of you who
have copies of studies and resources to send copies to me by snail-mail or
fax, or even by e-mail if possible.

In addtion, I need input from all of you on what questions and concerns you
would like addressed in this chapter. It will be a basic how-to, where, what,
when and how kind of thing. I welcome any input you can provide.
