I think the "milk flows better at night" idea has a lot to do with the mom
being in one place, horizontal, with nothing else to do but cuddle and feed
her baby at a leisurely pace. The baby can actually stay in the
"restaurant" as long as he wants, savoring the meal and ambience, without
the restaurant walking off somewhere.
Sounds like a smart baby to me.
