BRAS!! Ugh...I'm a large chested woman (around G+ cup while lactating,
but C-D while not) and I have to say that I was totally convinced that they
were an essential item until I discovered that they significantly
contributed to my breast yeast problems with child number 2. I now wear a
snug tank top when I have to, but honestly you get very used to not wearing
a bra. Think about this...if we really needed them wouldn't we grow them
during pregnancy? I'm only half serious, but I can testify to the fact
that every single time I force myself to wear a correctly fitted all cotton
bra (even though I love the concept of the Bravado--have 5 in my drawer),
for more than 2 days straight, I get that tell-tale tingle of yeast
beginning. Personally, I've come to the conclusion that bras rank right up
there with nylons and neck ties...fortunately, I live in Oregon where bras,
nylons and make up are optional. :)
