I think this must be a code violation. It is marketing to the lay public
which is expressly addressed in several articles of the code. Everyone
knows that the donations for charities have more than one purpose. One is
to advertise, another is to get nice strokes for being a good corporate
citizen, and yes, to donate something for a worthy cause. But Mead Johnson
is stepping over the line on this one. No marketing to the lay public.
It's right there in the code.
