As a mother who ate bendectine, got B6 IV twice a week to try to control the
vomitting which occured 10-12 times per day, ate pink popscicles as the main
food group (the other colors made me sick), and had healthy twins, please give
this Mom a good dose of comfort emotionally. I worried myself to death about
the health of this baby-they were born before sonograms and we didn't know
they were two till the end of the pregnancy. I remember being told that this
problem was all in my head, that I was starving my baby, that if I would just
concentrate I could keep food and water down. I was quite sure in the
beginning that nausea was not psycosomatic but by the time 5 months went by
with little improvement I began to believe I was the problem.
