I want 95% of my pages while on call before 10pm (OK I want
all of them before 10pm, doesn't mean I get it that way.

As always try the good Dr Tom's book.
I hope the pediatricians or who ever is the primary care docs
for the babies/children have the final say in this. I don't see
where anesthesiologist should make decisions about
infant/child nutrition. It would be interesting to ask
them (anesthesia) what the affect of drinking x amount of
y anesthetic agent would be.
