It is very tough to break people of their eating habits. Most of us
were brought up thinking milk is the most healthy thing in the world.
When I was a small child growing up in the States, the school provided
milk for every pupil and we actually needed to bring a note from home
excusing us from drinking it if we didn't want it. Even in the 70's
when I studied nutrition we were told that children need to drink at
least 4 glasses of milk per day. Remember the 4 food groups?
