heard Dr Tom on this subject last Saturday. I believe that he said 200 mg on
day one then 100mg daily which is what we are recommending n UK (despite the
fact that it is currently not licensed here to treat candida in the ducts).
Also said if it doesnt begin to clear within 10 days look again at the
diagnosis. Sally Inch and Chloe Fisher still believe that most is helped by
repositioning and checking attachment.
For what its worth I think that checking attachment is first priority but the
words mothers use to describe the excrutiating pain leave me in no doubt that
thrush in th ducts is a mega problem.
