The orthopedic surgeon should present evidence that the breastfeeding is
causing this problem.  What if it isn't?  The mother stops breastfeeding,
the hip dislocations continue perhaps, and the orthopedic surgeon does what?
Says "I'm sorry"?  Probably wouldn't even do that.
