Hi All,
Today I saw a new twist on aggressive marketing of infant formula. There's a
billboard in Dayton showing a picture of a baby being bottlefed (no adult is
showing - the baby is face front, bottle shoved into his/her mouth, hands
flailing). The caption, in big letters, says "The Milk Made For ME". The ad
is for a local GOAT dairy store!! ACK ACK ACK!!!
I hope I can get a picture scanned and onto my web site. If it works, I'll
post a message here on Lactnet so you all can look at it and weep. Or scream
Jack's famous ARRRGGHHHHHHH!!
You can be sure I will be calling the store's owner and "correcting" his
information about his claim statement "made for me" next to the human baby.
Anyone know how to officially lodge a "False advertising" complaint?
