Hi everyone,
I am a new IBCLC and this is my first posting. I am an RN in a 30 bed
NICU. We have always prescribed Reglan for moms with milk production
problems. We have read and heard a lot of anecdotal information re.
fenugreek. The neonatologist who works with bf moms is uncomfortable
suggesting fenugreek without first seeing something from the literature.
We have done our own searches and come up empty handed. I searched the
lactnet archives and
found references to such written info. but nothing specific. If anyone
knows where I could find what we are looking for I would appreciate the
help.
