Barbara Wilson-Clay says,

<< Seriously, as someone who is interested in milk banking, I foresee
problems
trying to obtain donor milk for sick babies if all the donors are tempted to
sell their milk. Donor milk costs about $2.50 an oz for a milk bank to
process. That's considerably more than twice the cost of formula.

And what is to stop the more unscrupulous from watering their milk down a tad
to make more and get more money. What about the women that will figure
formula is cheaper and they'll get more money from selling their milk, so
they'll give their own children formula and sell the milk.

At least with wet nursing, the babies got BREASTMILK.
