I would concentrate on what nurses need to do in the first few days.
Keep it to 2 or 3 points. 1. Non separation
2. Nurse, nurse nurse 3. how to evaluate baby's intake. Chris Mulford
says 1. how to get the baby on and off with out hurting, 2. how to
evaluate intake and output and 3. who to call if in trouble. That should
take up a whole hour easy! Rule of thumb for pay. Hourly rate times 3
(2 hours prep :-) and 1 hour presentation.) They print up the handouts and
bib. What do others think? Sincerely, Pat in SNJ
