Hello Friends,

As a breastfeeding counselor, I'm not allowed to tell a nursing mom that she
can or can't take any meds or herbs or anything while she is breastfeeding.
I can only tell them to ask the doctor. I was wondering though, is it safe
for a lactating woman to take St. John's Wort? I have this question come up
frequently and would like to know what you guys think.

Thanks a lot,
Melissa Olsen
Breasfeeding Counselor,
Doula
