CBS News Los Angeles aired a 30 sec spot stating "doctors say it's rare for
breastfeeding to cause any dangerous problems. In fact, doctors say
breastfeeding is almost always healthier because the mother passes along
vital nutrients in her milk". Not much of a spot, but at least it was
something; and the reporter emphasized "rare".

I was most discouraged by the baby friendly bashing and the bottle-feeding
stay-at-home-mom. I've never watched this program; I'm not impressed.
