Val, when you mentioned this before Imy first thought was "how awful!"
Shields don't cost all that much that a mom couldn't be issued her own.
Even though they are soaking, I'd be scared to death to reuse them on other
mothers.  I'd also wonder if the solution or taste of solution could be
absorbed into plastic etc.  I just don't think it is safe for the few
dollars involved.  It simply wouldn't happen in a US hospital (where we do
