I dunno. It seems to me that when a bottle is given unhesitatingly and a
baby has to bargain for the breast (not here, not now, not in this dress,
not until we get there, not until we leave, not until we get that diaper
changed, not for very long, not during dinner, not at daycare, not at 2 am,
not while there's company, not, not, not) that ol' bottle probably starts
to look pretty loving and reliable.
