Thought I would share some recent advice re BF a pregnant mom was given:

"You better not BF because your breasts are so big,  you will develop mastitis
for sure.  Plus it will take longer to get the milk down from 'so far away'
that some of it will be sour."

This advice came from an R.N. (not a LC thank goodness.)
