an additional question: could 'too much milk' and an OALD have something to
do with storage capacity of the  breast? I can imagine that breasts with a
small storage capacity are sooner full so give sooner an OALD, esp when the
mother doesn't feed often.

These breasts are also emptied quicker, and an empty breast fills up very
quckly according to Hartmann ae.
