OK, people, I need some assistance here.

I am trying to find a reference (I believe it was mentioned on LACTNET, but
have been unable to get it to show up via the usual searches of the
archives (boy are they getting big!).

So, her eis the question:

what is the reference (s?) that summarizes the work of numerous states in
passing laws that reiterate (or really make clear) that breastfeeding is
NOT indecent exposure?

Any help any of you can offer would be most gratefully accepted.  Please
