I am a PhD student at Barry University in Miami, Fl. and I am looking for
articles and/or research pertaining to the above. My dissertation topic will

with this info. I am going no mail as Georges is scheduled to visit us tomorrow
and depending on the intensity of the damage may be without electrical power
