Better *not* to mix breastmilk with formula.  Quite apart from any technical
reasons, if the baby does not finish the bottle then you have wasted some of
that precious EBM - better to feed the EBM first and then top up (only if
necessary) with the formula so that you discard formula rather than
breastmilk if baby decides three-quarters of the way through that he's full.
If mom's supply is dwindling she can increase it by pumping (draining the
breasts) more frequently for about 4 days - she will obtain less at each
pumping session, but the total over 24 hours will gradually increase, when
she can drop back to her usual pumping times and still get more.  Feel free
