I use Eucerin and aquaphor on my psoriasis (elbows and knees, knuckles
etc.) also Dovonex daily or occasionally and once a week ultravate if very
bad.  Sometimes I just get so annoyed with it and don't put anything on and
then it gets worse.  Find regular use of emollient helps the most.
Dermatol. has cautioned me not to use too  much steroids because I guess
psoriasis gets resistent to steroids.  Sincerely, Pat in SNJ
