I wonder if taking a permanent black marker and "painting" over the raised
letters would work?  I think they should change it though, as in a previous
post the mom had problems and I am sure she wasn't the first to do so.

I have mentioned this to my rep in the past. She said it would be TOO
EXPENSIVE to color the lettering......
