Kim, I am having good outcomes with a combination of fenugreek and a
combination tincture that I order from a company in Colorado. The
combination tincture contains blessed thistle (not milk thistle), nettle,
and fennel seed, three known galactagogues. I have been using these for
about a year now, and recommend them along with oatmeal, and have seen
supply increases from substantial to remarkable.

If you would like the name and address of these products, e-mail me
privately and I will give you the information for receiveing samples.
