Exactly right, BUT (at least in the context of our current discussion) that
isn't what's at issue. What I am saying is that it's "other people's"
PERCEPTION of LLL that sustains the misgivings and the feelings of
alienation, that makes women say that they're leery of contacting a
LLLL,etc. See the difference? And, to a certain point, it doesn't matter if
the perception is incorrect, because it's that inaccurate perception we're
dealing with, not the real facts.
