Jack,
I've been using cephalexin for every mastitis I see. I like it because I can
cheat alittle using it BID. Also I thought I saw E Coli listed some where as
a possible cause although lower on the list.
Your handout on mastitis lists cefaclor as a potiential treatment. The
possiblity serum sickness as a side effect if this isnt the first course
doesnt bother you?
