Gentian Violet = Gentiaan Violet. Some pharmacist carry it and it's over
the counter. In "Borstvoeding geven" from Adriene de Reede you can find
more about the treatment with it. (I don't have it by hand rigth now and
Pieter is napping in my arms).
fenugreek = fenegriek. You can buy powder, sead or capsulus in Health
stores (reform stores).
st john's wort = st Janskruid or Johanneskruid. Availabale everywhere (but
expensive), in drugstores.
