Hi there,

My husband is a veterinarian and this is his remedy for pets with skunk smell:

1 quart of peroxide
1/2 baking soda
1 tablespoon of blue D*wn dish soap (generic soap doesn't seem to work as
well)

Mix all three together in a large bucket. It foams up quickly so be careful.
Wash the pet immediately with the mixture working it down to the skin, then
rinse thoroughly. Long hair pets may need two treatments. Do NOT use near
the face as the peroxide will cause vomitting (that's actually the treatment
for "inducing vomitting").

We've never had the "pleasure" of trying this any of our pets but none of his
clients seem to call back saying it didn't work.

Good luck!
Maureen
