Dear Lacnetters,
I've finally decided to come "out of the closet", as they say, so I
can request a favor of the group in your future posts. I have noticed
that when injustices are mentioned, that I never seem to see the name of
a civilian institution. However, if the mistakes are made at a military
facility, then that is sure to be prominently noted in that post.
I have found as part of my life's experience, that no one is perfect,
that there are good doctors, midwives,LLL leaders, etc, just as there
are poor examples of the same.
Having worn the green uniform for 23 years and "given all I can give"
and been frustrated with the constant cutbacks/staff reductions, I can
say that until you have walked their walk, please quit naming the
military name. I will be happy to share many years worth of success
stories that all occurred as a result of military care providers .
Thanks for your attention to this request.
