Why not try *more* breastmilk.  Maybe try more frequent feedings.
Especially if not breastmilk diluters are added.  In Africa, we used to feed
healthy premies 200, 250, even 300 cc/kg/day.  Sometimes that required
continuous drip, but since we have this obsession with intrauterine growth
rate, don't forget that intrauterine growth rate occurs because of
continuous feedings.
