A mom recently asked my about Nutrasweet (aspartime)sp,
 having been told not to drink while BF. (One of my
favorite pateints as this is the baby from my "All by myself"
post who I latched and supplimented at the breast on my
own).
Anyway what raced through my mind was " I know of nothing
that says it's harmful but when in doubt
breastfeed."
So I told mom not to worry. Also told her when asked that 1 or
2 glasses of wine a week is OK and so is 2 or 3 cups of coffee
if the baby isnt fussy or sleeping poorly.
Now who could I be learning this from?
