Forgive me for the off topic question, but I have searched the internet
(as best I can with my limited expertise). I have two sons (16 and 14) who
got a wonderful start in life by breastfeeding (see, I tied that in with
LACTNET <G> ) who are wanting to take creatine to boost their muscle
mass/strength. I have read several magazine articles and I have found some
books on the subject. Unfortunately, most of the information is being written
by the manufacturers or by men who swear by the stuff. Anybody know of any
research? or where I can look for unbiased information?
