In answer to Rob's question and for others new to the lactation scene,
Maureen is the author of "Breastfeeding Matters: What we need to know about
infant feeding" , 1985 and "Food For Thought", 82, rev. 86.  Both are on my
need to read list for people who are getting themselves involved in all of
this :-)  Awhile back some of us put up favorite books that need to be read
too.  Other need to read selections include LLLI's LC series.  The newest
of which are Candidiasis (95) and Hospitalized Nursing Baby (97).  Also a
need to read is Kay Hoover's pamphlet on yeastie beasties.  I'm not sure if
Maureen's books out of print or not.  I'd loan mine only if you give 1st
